About Kireo
Korean men figured skincare out 20 years ago. Not because of genetics — because of better products, better science, and a culture that treats it as maintenance, not vanity.
We built Kireo for guys who already optimize everything else — diet, fitness, career — and finally want their skincare to match. Take a 2-minute quiz, and we match you with a routine from 500+ products — with the ingredient science behind every pick and the Western price comparison to prove the value.
Built for men
We got tired of skincare sites built for women and listicles that recommend CeraVe for the 500th time. Kireo is the opposite. Our quiz skips irrelevant questions. Our product grid filters out what you don’t need. Our articles are written for guys who want results, not a 10-step ritual. We also have a women’s section — because the products work on skin, not on gender — but the default experience is built for you.
Why Korean skincare
Korea spends more per capita on skincare R&D than any other country. The result: better formulations at lower prices. A $21 COSRX essence uses the same repair mechanism as a $78 Estée Lauder serum. A $10 Korean sunscreen feels like a lightweight moisturizer while Western SPF still feels like spreading paint on your face. The gap is real, and it’s not closing anytime soon.
The method
01 — Ingredients first
We evaluate products by their active ingredients and concentrations, not their brand, packaging, or marketing spend. A $14 essence with 96% snail mucin does the same job as a $78 serum with comparable ferment filtrates. We’ll always tell you that.
02 — Curated for men
Every product pre-filtered. No cushion compacts, no lip tints, no tone-up creams. Just cleansers, moisturizers, sunscreens, serums, and treatments — scored 8.5+ and vetted against community consensus from r/AsianBeauty and r/SkincareAddiction.
03 — Honest economics
No brand pays for placement. We earn affiliate commissions when you buy through our links — typically 5–8%. If a $14 essence outperforms a $78 serum, we say so. Our revenue depends on your trust, not on brand partnerships.
