Kireo is a curation platform. When you click ‘Buy’ on a product, you’re taken to a third-party retailer — Amazon, YesStyle, iHerb, or Olive Young — where you complete your purchase directly. Shipping, returns, and customer service are handled entirely by that retailer.
The Kireo Starter Kit is our only direct-shipped product. Kits ship within 3–5 business days via USPS. US shipping only — international shipping coming soon. We offer a 30-day return policy on unopened Starter Kits. Email hello@kireo.co to initiate a return.
Amazon: Free 1–2 day shipping with Prime, standard 3–5 days. YesStyle: Free shipping over $35, standard 10–14 days from Hong Kong. iHerb: Free shipping over $20, standard 3–5 days. Olive Young Global: Free shipping over $60, standard 10–14 days from Korea.
