The ritual
Eye area cleansing
5 minOil-free cleanser removes all makeup and residue from the lash area. Clean lashes are essential for the solutions to work evenly.
Silicone shield placement
10 minA curved silicone shield is adhered to your eyelid using gentle adhesive. Your natural lashes are lifted and stuck to the shield in the desired curl pattern.
Perm solution
10 minA perming solution is applied to the base of the lashes. This softens the hair structure so it can be reshaped. You’ll keep your eyes closed — no stinging if applied correctly.
Setting solution
10 minA neutralizing solution locks the new curl shape in place. The disulfide bonds reform in the curled position.
Tint application
10 minA semi-permanent tint is applied to darken the lashes, making them more visible. Korean salons typically use a softer black-brown rather than jet black for a more natural look.
Shield removal and finish
5 minThe silicone shield is gently removed, lashes are cleaned and separated, and a nourishing lash serum is applied.
Your first time
You’ll lie on a treatment bed with your eyes closed for the entire 45-60 minutes. The process is painless — you’ll feel the silicone shield on your eyelid and some gentle touching around your lashes, but nothing uncomfortable. Some people nap. When you open your eyes, your lashes look dramatically more curled and visible without any mascara. The lift settles slightly over the first 24 hours to a very natural curl. Avoid water, steam, and touching your lashes for 24 hours.
When to book
Book 2-3 days before a special event to allow the curl to settle into its final position. For maintenance, every 6-8 weeks. Great pre-vacation treatment since it’s waterproof and zero-maintenance.

Western lash lifts often use a one-size-fits-most approach to the silicone shield and a single curl intensity. Korean technique selects from multiple shield sizes and shapes to customize the curl for your eye shape and natural lash length. The result is a softer, more natural lift rather than the “over-permed” look that Western lifts sometimes produce.
Aftercare
Avoid water, steam, and oil-based products near eyes for 24 hours. No rubbing your eyes. Apply nourishing lash serum daily to keep lashes healthy. The curl naturally relaxes over 6-8 weeks as lashes shed and regrow.
