$150 for a plasma treatment. It sterilizes bacteria more effectively than any topical product and makes your serums work 3x harder. That’s efficiency.

The Korean philosophy

Plasma treatment represents Korean dermatology’s innovation-first approach. While Western clinics focus on established technologies, Korean clinics continuously adopt and refine cutting-edge treatments. Plasma technology was adapted from wound healing research into a cosmetic treatment that’s uniquely effective for acne and product enhancement.

The ritual

1

Cleansing

5 min

A thorough cleanse ensures the plasma can work directly on the skin without interference from products or oil.

2

Plasma treatment

10 min

The plasma device is passed across the face, emitting a blue-white glow. You’ll feel a warm, tingling sensation and might notice a slight ozone-like smell. The plasma sterilizes bacteria and opens micro-channels for product absorption.

3

Serum infusion

7 min

Immediately after plasma treatment, serums are applied to take advantage of the dramatically increased absorption. Products penetrate up to 300% deeper than normal topical application.

4

LED + finish

8 min

LED therapy amplifies the treatment’s benefits. A hydrating moisturizer and SPF finish the session.

Your first time

Plasma treatment looks futuristic — the device emits a visible blue-white glow as it passes over your skin. You’ll feel warmth and tingling but no pain. There might be a slight ozone-like smell (that’s the plasma doing its work). The treatment is quick — 20-30 minutes total. Your skin may look slightly pink afterward, but this fades within an hour. The real magic happens over the following days as acne bacteria are eliminated and the enhanced serum absorption does its work.

When to book

Great as a standalone treatment or combined with facials for enhanced product absorption. For acne, weekly sessions for 4-6 weeks. No timing restrictions — no downtime means you can do this anytime.

East vs West

Western plasma treatments (plasma pen, plasma fibroblast) are more aggressive — they create visible micro-wounds for skin tightening with significant downtime. Korean plasma treatment uses lower-energy atmospheric plasma for sterilization and absorption enhancement with zero downtime. Different technology, different goals.

Aftercare

No special aftercare needed. Your skin will absorb products better for 24-48 hours after — take advantage by using your best serums at home that evening. Avoid harsh exfoliants for 24 hours.
