$200 for baby botox that looks completely natural. You preserve your expressions while preventing wrinkles — nobody will know unless you tell them.
The Korean philosophy
Korean beauty values natural expressiveness over a frozen, “perfect” complexion. Baby botox embodies this: reduce wrinkles without sacrificing the ability to convey emotion. The Korean approach also uses botox preventatively — starting in the late 20s to prevent deep lines from forming, rather than waiting until wrinkles are entrenched. Prevention over correction.
The ritual
Facial assessment
5 minThe injector studies your facial movements — asking you to frown, raise your eyebrows, smile, and squint. They identify which muscles create your specific wrinkle patterns and plan injection points accordingly.
Injection point marking
3 minTiny dots are marked on your face at each planned injection point. Baby botox uses more injection points than standard botox (10-20+ points versus 5-10), each receiving a smaller dose.
Ice or numbing
2 minIce cubes or a cold pack may be applied briefly. Most people skip numbing for baby botox since the needles are extremely fine and the injections are quick.
Micro-injections
5 minUsing an ultra-fine needle, tiny amounts of botulinum toxin are injected at each marked point. Each injection takes 1-2 seconds and feels like a small pinch. The entire process is quick — usually under 5 minutes for all injection points.
Post-care
3 minThe injection marks are cleaned. You receive instructions: stay upright for 4 hours, no rubbing the treated areas, no intense exercise for 24 hours.
Your first time
Baby botox is an ideal first-time botox experience. The injections use the finest needles available and each is over in 1-2 seconds — you’ll feel brief pinches but nothing dramatic. The whole injection process takes about 5 minutes. Afterward, you’ll have tiny red dots at each injection site that fade within hours. There’s nothing to see or recover from. Over the next 3-7 days, you’ll notice your wrinkles softening while your face still moves naturally. At the 2-week mark, the result is a refreshed, smooth forehead and eye area that still looks like you. Most people’s reaction: “Did you change your skincare?” Not: “Did you get botox?”
When to book
Book 2-3 weeks before an event for peak results. Baby botox wears off faster than standard botox (3-4 months versus 4-6 months), so plan maintenance appointments accordingly. Great as a preventative starting in late 20s — you’re preventing wrinkles from deepening rather than chasing them after they form.

East vs West
Western botox culture tends toward “full freeze” — higher doses at fewer points for maximum wrinkle elimination. Korean baby botox distributes smaller doses across more points for wrinkle softening while maintaining natural expression. The Korean approach is increasingly popular globally as people move away from the “frozen face” aesthetic.
Aftercare
Stay upright for 4 hours after injection. Don’t rub or massage the treated areas for 24 hours. Avoid intense exercise, alcohol, and hot tubs for 24 hours. If you notice drooping or asymmetry after 2 weeks, contact your injector for a touch-up.
